These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Match Maker mobile application ("App") operated by Denis Sangi (sole proprietor) ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By creating an account or accessing the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You may use Match Maker only if you meet all of the following requirements:
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria.
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password to register. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@matchmaker-team.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if we determine, at our discretion, that you have:
Termination may be immediate and without prior notice for severe violations (harassment, illegal content).
Match Maker offers a Premium subscription at USD 1.99 per month (or local currency equivalent as determined by the App Store / Google Play). Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by country.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. The trial begins when you confirm your subscription in the applicable store. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and your payment method is charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Continued use of the App constitutes authorization for auto-renewal charges.
Match Maker cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. To cancel, you must use the native subscription management interface of the store through which you purchased:
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not grant a refund for the current period. Your Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.
All refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies. We have no ability to issue refunds for purchases made through either store. This does not affect any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
We will give you at least 30 days advance notice of any price increase, delivered via in-app notification and email to your registered address. A price increase requires your explicit opt-in consent before the new price takes effect for your subscription.
Creating an account and setting up your profile are free. Access to the App's core functionality — browsing potential matches and sending or receiving messages — requires an active subscription (including during the free trial described in Section 4.2). When your subscription ends, access to these features is paused until you renew; your profile and account data remain intact.
You retain ownership of any content you create in the App, including your profile information, prompt answers, and messages ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. You warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.
The App, including its design, logo, name, and all original content we create, is owned by Denis Sangi (sole proprietor). These materials are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property rights that arise under applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at support@matchmaker-team.com first. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, the dispute will be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the governing law in Section 11. If you use the App as a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you keep any right you may have to bring proceedings before the competent courts of your place of residence.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
