Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all associated data from our servers. This action is irreversible. Please read through the details below before proceeding.
Two ways to delete your account
You can delete your account
inside the app (steps below), or — if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in —
request deletion online at any time by emailing us from your registered address. See
Request account deletion online below. No reinstall is required.
How to Delete Your Account In-App

Open the Match Maker app
Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Tap Settings (gear icon, bottom-right)
The gear icon is in the bottom navigation bar on the far right.

Scroll down to the "Account" section
It appears near the bottom of the Settings screen.

Tap "Delete Account"
A confirmation dialog will appear explaining what will be deleted.

Confirm in the dialog
Tap the red "Delete my account" button to confirm. You cannot undo this step.

Done — you are signed out
The app signs you out immediately and your account data is deleted right away; any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:
- Your profile: nickname, age, gender, location, and all other parameters
- Interests, values tags, and icebreaker prompt answers (all categories)
- All matches and match history
- All chat messages (sent and received)
- All likes you sent or received
- Blocks you have set on other users
- Active subscription entitlement state (subscription itself managed by Apple/Google — see note below)
- Push notification tokens
- Your email address and authentication credentials
Note on subscriptions: Deleting your Match Maker account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, cancel your subscription separately through Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions before deleting your account.
What Is Retained
- Anonymized aggregate analytics — no personal identifier; used only for aggregate product metrics (e.g., "1 000 accounts deleted in Q1")
- Transaction records for tax and audit compliance (retained for 5 years under applicable Kazakhstan tax law)
- Safety and moderation records — where reports were filed involving your account or moderation action was taken, those records are kept in de-identified form (your personal identifiers removed or unlinked) for up to 2 years, for safety and legal-compliance purposes
The retained analytics are anonymized and contain no personal identifier. Transaction and safety/moderation records are limited to the minimum required for legal, tax, audit, and platform-safety purposes and are not used for any other purpose.
Request Account Deletion Online (No App Needed)
If you have uninstalled the app, or are unable to sign in or access the app settings, you can request account deletion online — no reinstall required. We will delete your account within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

We will confirm receipt and delete your account within 30 days. Sending the request from your registered email address is required for identity verification.
