Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 9 June 2026

Match Maker is a dating application operated by Denis Sangi. The safety and protection of children is of paramount importance to us. This page sets out our zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), explains how our service is designed to reduce risk, and describes how users and the public can report concerns.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Zero-Tolerance Policy
Match Maker has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. Any content, conduct, or account found to involve CSAE or CSAM will result in immediate, permanent account termination and, where required or appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities.

We define child sexual abuse and exploitation broadly to include, without limitation:

2. Adults Only — Minimum Age Requirement

Match Maker is strictly an adults-only service. In accordance with our Terms of Service, users must be at least 18 years old to register or use the App. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the service.

We collect date of birth at registration and use it to enforce the minimum-age requirement. Accounts that do not meet the age threshold cannot be created. If we determine at any time that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will immediately terminate that account and delete the associated data.

If you believe a minor has registered or is using Match Maker, please report it immediately to support@matchmaker-team.com.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Match Maker and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities:

4. How the App's Design Reduces Risk

Match Maker was built with a privacy-first, photo-free design. Several structural features of the service reduce the risk of child exploitation:

4.1 No Image Uploads

Match Maker does not permit users to upload, share, or receive photos or images of any kind. There is no image-upload feature anywhere in the application. This eliminates the most common vector for sharing visual CSAM and removes a primary tool used in grooming.

4.2 Parameter-Based Profiles Only

All profiles consist exclusively of text-based personality parameters, interests, values, and written answers to icebreaker prompts. No user-generated image content is ever stored or transmitted through the service.

4.3 Mandatory Age Verification at Registration

Date of birth is a required field at the time of account creation. The platform enforces the minimum age requirement before allowing an account to proceed.

4.4 In-App Message Screening

All messages are automatically screened before delivery as described in our Privacy Policy. This automated process helps detect and block prohibited content.

4.5 Block and Report on Every Profile

Every profile in the App includes a Block and Report function that any user can invoke at any time, without needing to send a message first. Reports are reviewed promptly.

5. How to Report a Concern

5.1 In-App Report

The fastest way to report a concern is through the in-app Block & Report button available on every user profile. Tap the report option, select the reason, and submit. The report is sent to our moderation team immediately.

5.2 Email Report

If you prefer to contact us directly, or if the concern involves someone who has been blocked or deleted, please email our child-safety point of contact:

Please include as much detail as possible: the username or any identifying information about the reported account, a description of the conduct, and any relevant dates or screenshots (where applicable).

5.3 Emergency Situations

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services immediately. Do not wait for a response from us.

6. Our Response Commitments

When we receive a child-safety report, we commit to the following:

Reporting CSAM to NCMEC
Any confirmed child sexual abuse material identified through our platform is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (missingkids.org/cybertipline), as well as to local law enforcement or relevant authorities in the applicable jurisdiction.

7. Child-Safety Point of Contact

Our designated child-safety point of contact is responsible for receiving, triaging, and coordinating the response to all child-safety reports.

We will acknowledge receipt of all child-safety reports within one business day and provide a follow-up on the outcome of our review to the extent permitted by applicable law and our obligation to protect any ongoing investigation.
